Eugenia Drobit, MSW, President and Chief Executive Officer Genie has over 34 years of experience in the field of mental
health and mental retardation. Prior to co-founding QMA, Genie
served as the Residential Director for the Lynch Homes of
Pennsylvania as well as the Director for Developmental
Disabilities for Jewish Family Services of Philadelphia. Genie is
currently a member of the Board of the New Jersey Association
of Community Providers and serves as the chair of the legislative
and policy committee. She earned her Bachelors degree in sociology and urban
planning from Rutgers University and her Masters Degree in social work from Temple
University. Ms. Drobit is a national expert in organizational development. She has
established various programs for people with disabilities in over 7 different states,
along with systems which assist in monitoring the quality of the services that are delivered
to people.
Margaret Jaskolka, Vice President and Clinical Director Maggie has over 25 years of experience in the field of mental
health and mental retardation. Prior to co-founding QMA,
Maggie served at a variety of residential services in positions
ranging from direct care to program coordinator. She has also
provided evaluation, training and program development for a
variety of state agencies across the country. Maggie has been a
certified Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Trainer since 1994 and
is a member of the International Association of the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention
Certified Instructors (IANCICI). Maggie earned her Bachelors degree in psychology
from Temple University.
Dr. Daniel J. Raudenbush, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer Dan has worked in the agency since August of 2000, and has
served on the agency Board since its inception. He is also
President of Professional Growth Consultants (PGC), a
consulting and training agency with offices in California and
Pennsylvania, where he works with public and private human
service agencies to help improve their management structures
and delivery systems, and provides training to management and
service staff. He has also been a Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychiatry at
the University of Pennsylvania, and was formerly the Director of Training, and later the
Executive Director of Matrix Research Institute (MRI), and the MRI/ University of
Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Vocational Rehabilitation
and Serious Mental Illness. Over the past thirty years, Dr. Raudenbush has worked in
vocational rehabilitation, responsible for the services that are delivered to people.
Jim Blair, Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer Jim has served as QMA's Treasurer for over 15 years. Jim has
been a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years and is a
private auditor and consultant under contract with the States of
Delaware and New Jersey. Jim earned his bachelor degree from
LaSalle University. Mr. Blair is also a member of the American
institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a leader in his
community, Mr. Blair currently serves as the President of police
pension board of Cheltenham Township.
Harry Carson, Director of Day and Employment Services Mr. Carson has over twenty-two years experience in developing
and implementing vocational programs in mental health, mental
retardation and the welfare to work fields. He has served in a
variety of positions ranging from Program Director to State
Director of Employment in Delaware. His publications include:
an Internet Resource Guide for Job Developers and Persons
with Disabilities, as well as a brochure series on mental illness
and employment. Mr. Carson graduated from Western Cascade University in 1979 with
a Bachelors Degree in Education Psychology.
Mbuh Payne, Director of Residential Services Mr. Payne has been working in the human services field for
over eight years. He has served a variety of consumers whose
developmental disabilities range from autism to cerebral palsy.
He is currently authoring a training guide for human service
professionals (due for completion within the next year) entitled,
"How to Communicate with People with Disabilities". Mr.
Payne graduated from the University of Buea, Cameroon, with a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Communication. He is currently pursuing his Masters
Degree in Interactive Communication from American University in Washington DC.
