Samuel Dickson is QMA’s Delaware State Director. In that role, Sam is responsible for managing QMA’s day-to-day operations in the State of Delaware. He oversees development of all of QMA’s procedures and measures and ensures the smooth implementation of QMA’s mission through Delaware. Sam oversees all direct-care and management staff in Delaware, and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service there.

Sam obtained his Bachelor of Science in Sociology degree from West Virginia University. He has worked for several healthcare organizations, including in direct care. Sam has wide experience in the provision of behavioral health services to children and adults throughout the Philadelphia region.
