Elizabeth E. Drobit-Blair, JD

Chief Administrative Officer

As QMA’s Chief Administrative Officer, Elizabeth oversees QMA’s staff development, quality assurance and strategic planning.

Elizabeth obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Ursinus College, and her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to joining QMA, Elizabeth served as Assistant to the Director of Research in the Conservative Party in London, UK. She also served as a clerk with Community Legal Services in Philadelphia, and as a clerk and subsequently an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Elizabeth joined QMA in 2007 as a Services Specialist, where she used her legal background to plan, direct, and evaluate staff training activities and policies, both on an individual and company-wide level. Thereafter, she served for three years as QMA’s Director of Training and Quality Assurance, where she was in charge of corporate compliance with local, state, and federal requirements for the provision of services to people with disabilities. She then became Director of  Development and Quality Assurance, where she found, acquired, and developed new housing opportunities for the people that QMA served to ensure that everyone had a comfortable, individualized place to call home. In her current position as Chief Administrative Officer, Elizabeth ensures that QMA maintains a responsive quality assurance system. She is instrumental in Developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan and reviews administrative policy. She directly supervises all staff development including Human Resources and Training.

In addition to her responsibilities with QMA, Elizabeth has been a member of the American Bar Association since 2007.
